精密事務室窓口業務時間のお知らせ

7月12日より東京都に緊急事態宣言が再発令されることとなりました。
新型コロナウイルス対策として本学本部が定める活動制限レベルが7月12日よりAからB（旧準１）へ引き上げられますが、精密事務室の窓口業務体制はこれまでと変更はありません。
感染拡大防止対策を引き続き実施する必要がありますので、窓口でなければ対応できない用件以外は、開室時間内であっても引き続き、原則Eメールでお問い合わせください（kyoumu@pe.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp）。
【精密事務室窓口】
○窓口業務時間： 平日 10：00～14：00（昼休み閉室：12：00-13：00）
（通常時： 平日 9：00～17：00）
※工学部14号館1Fの入口自動ドアは施錠されています。学生証で開錠の上、お入りください。

From July 12, the national government will declare a state of emergency in Tokyo.
The University has decided to raise the level of The UTokyo Activity Restrictions Index for Preventing the Spread of Novel Corona virus to Level B from July 12.
Although, the Department office hours do not change as before, we ask for your kind understanding and cooperation. Basically, even if it's during the office hours, please contact us by email (kyoumu@pe.t.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
【Department Office Hours】
Office hours: 10:00-14:00 (on weekdays) (Close: 12:00-13:00)
(The normal hours were 9:00-17:00 on weekdays)
*The entrance doors of the Engineering Building #14 are locked. A staff/student ID card is necessary for access.
